2. Group Rates
Special group rates have been established for the FAST Third Annual Conference. There is a $50/person discount for groups of three or more. The fee is $250/person for accompanying family members.

Q.When is the Advance Registration Deadline?
A. Saturday, 5 January 2008.
Q.Do I need a visa to travel to the USA?
A. US visa rules and regulations differ by country. Detailed information about visas, application fees, wait times, documentation, etc. can be found on this US Department of State website.
Q.How to I request a Letter of Invitation?
A. Some people need letters in order to get university funding or to request travel support from third parties. Some members need letters in order to apply for a visa to travel to the USA. Click here for the link to a form for requesting a letter.
Q.Will name badges be mailed out before the meeting?
A.No, badges can be picked up at our meeting registration desk, located on the ground level of Northeastern University's Egan Center (across from the Ruggles MBTA Subway Station).
Q.Who do I contact if I have questions about my registration?
A.Call our Conference Coordinator at (207) 799-3098 between the hours of 9:00AM and 5:00PM EST.
Q.How do I check on my membership status?
A. Call the Membership Office at (207) 799-3098.
Q.What is the cancellation policy?
A.Those who cancel their conference registration on or before January 5 will be eligible for a full refund. Those who cancel on or before January 21 will be eligible for a refund minus a US$75 processing fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date.
Q.How do I cancel my registration?
A.Click here to send your cancellation via e-mail or fax your cancellation to (815) 846-1756. Cancellations may also be mailed to FAST Annual Meeting, PO Box 284, Cape Elizabeth, ME 04107-0284.
Q.What if I have special needs?
A.If you have a special need due to a disability, please indicate so when prompted on your registration form. We'll contact you prior to the Annual Meeting to make arrangements, if necessary.
