
The Fulbright Academy is a non-profit charitable organization under 501(c)3 of the US tax code. Memberships and donations are deductible, as provided by US law. The Fulbright Academy's tax return is a public document and can be viewed at Guidestar.org. The Fulbright Academy is not affiliated with the Fulbright Exchange Program, the US Department of State or the US Fulbright Association. Our Annual Reports are available online in the About Us section of our webpage. There is no charge when we deposit a check from a US bank or when you use Google Checkout. When you fax us your credit card, we must pay a 3% fee to our bank to process your donation. The bank fee for international deposits into our account is about $20.00. Thus: if you use Google Checkout or mail a $500 check, the full amount is available for us to use on programs and services. If you fax your credit card information, then about $15 from a $500 membership goes to our bank as a processing fee. For institutional memberships, this processing fee may be tacked onto the membership fee.
